The Wittenbaker Cup 2021 was held on Saturday 4th December in honor of the AWFA’s major sponsor Wittenbaker Engineering Services. This was an invitational event featuring the AWFA’s own Exiles teams representing 50’s, 60’s and 65’s age group categories, many of these players hope to be play at the Super Masters World Cup being held at FIFA HQ in Zurich in May 2022 and the Pan Pacific Master Games being held on the Gold Coast in November 2022.
In addition to the Exiles the AWFA invited teams from Joondalup, Peel and Maylands to participate. The six teams were split into two groups completing to become over 50s and over 60s Wittenbaker Cup Champions respectively. However the main goal of the day was for everyone to come together and enjoy the sport we love.
